It’s great to be able to receive calls and dispatch them, but it also takes a tool that is easy to use for drivers and that makes life easier for everyone in the company…

That’s good because we happen to have developed this tool at TowSoft and it’s called TS4. I’ll show you how fast and intuitive it is and, on top of it, it eliminates paperwork.

Here’s what a driver can do with the powerful mobile app…

He receives the call that just got dispatched to him and a very visible notification appears on his device. By clicking on the notification, or by consulting his list of standby calls, he can see the intervention to be done, choose to accept it and, in doing so, signal that he’s on route.

Then he interacts with the system from the call card which gives him all the necessary information on the intervention, the vehicle, the customer and the invoice if necessary. He can even modify or add information if you’ve given him permission to.

And when the time comes to signal a status change such as on scene, under tow or at destination, the action menu is there for that. Look at the green button in the top right corner, it always tells the driver what the next step is.

The action menu is also a series of easy-to-use buttons that allow the driver to take photos, collect a customer signature on their phone, impound a vehicle or send a delivery note.

All that from the palm of his hand! The driver even has the option to make his invoices on the road and collect payment from the customers by credit card!

And as if that wasn’t enough, imagine that TS4 also has a messaging and chat system to reduce unnecessary calls between drivers and office staff… it’s called TowSoft Messenger.
