In the desktop version of TowSoft, I have a clear view of my calls that are on standby in a table with useful tools and information to manage my priorities or quickly find a specific call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I click on GO to assign a call to a driver and a truck of my choice, and my call is now ONGOING.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The ongoing calls table allows me to see everything that is currently happening on the road. It\u2019s pretty easy to see if the drivers are on route, on scene or have arrived at the destination. When a driver completes a call, it automatically ends up in the \u201cTo validate\u201d section, ready for invoicing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
TowSoft is also able to connect to different geolocation systems, ensuring quick access to the position of vehicles that are on the road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Do you dispatch in mobility? That is, dispatching in the truck while also doing the calls\u2026 No problem! It is super easy to manage the dispatching on TowSoft\u2019s mobile application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
